It’s been 15 years since Christine Bull first became a client of My Virtual Assistant - a working relationship that began at a networking meeting back in May 2010.

At the time, Chris was running Inner Concepts, a thriving interior design business, and we worked together on all sorts of projects - adverts, flyers, and various other marketing material.

Several years later, Chris began to alter the course of her creative energy, having newly discovered an enthusiasm for event management - and The Lounge was born!

The Lounge quickly became a much-loved local venue.  Well-known for its welcoming atmosphere, exceptional celebrations, and unique charm, and attracted clients from all over Auckland.

Meanwhile, Christine’s husband, Tony, was busy running his own successful business, Bull Electrical, servicing many East Auckland clients.

My Virtual Assistant had the privilege of creating and managing websites for both The Lounge and Bull Electrical.

Eventually, COVID came along, a time that changed things for so many.  Chris chose to step away from The Lounge, and not too long after, Tony decided to sell his business.

You might think this would mean a time for a slightly slower pace… but if you know Chris and Tony, you’ll know that ‘slowing down’ simply isn’t in their vocabulary!

Before long, Chris found deep joy and purpose while working with seniors in retirement villages - a role that has clearly touched her heart, and consequently sparked an exciting new initiative.

Chris and Tony have now launched The Circle, which is a wonderful new venture focusing on helping seniors stay safe, independent, and happy, at home or within village life.

After 15 wonderful years of collaboration, I am extremely proud to celebrate the launch of The Circle’s brand-new website, which was designed by My Virtual Assistant.

And cheers to Chris and Tony!  They are both living proof that creativity, care, and drive do not fade with time – it just finds new ways to shine, along with extra-special ways to make a difference.
