At the beginning of my VA journey I had no experience of working as a Virtual Assistant from a business point of view. Every move I made held the customer at the highest priority; treated each client as an individual with individual needs; and worked hard as if their business was my own business.
The entrepreneurial spirit, get-up-and-do-it mentality of owning and operating a small, work-from-home business has always remained. My 'real world' working knowledge and my first hand business experience, combined with industry support and ideas gleaned from my networking peers, have allowed me to grow so much over the years. My confidence has reached new heights that I didn't even know I had in me!
I realise I still have a lot more to learn and I say, 'Bring it on!'
